ph3About the job Lawyer and Compliance Officer - Remote /h3pbNote: This job does not offer any visa sponsorship and we are looking for candidates already living in Switzerland who can speak German and English fluently. /b /ppbJob Responsibilities /b /ppProvide expertise in compliance, contractual, and corporate matters. /ppAssist in the application and obtaining of an asset management license with FINMA. /ppDraft, review, and negotiate contracts and a variety of legal documents. /ppAssist with the development and implementation of a regulatory and compliance program within the organization. /ppSupervise, lead, manage, and optimize all compliance processes and procedures to ensure adherence to Swiss regulations and industry standards. /ppConduct legal research and analysis on relevant Swiss laws and regulations. /ppCollaborate with internal teams to address legal concerns and provide legal advice. /ppMonitor compliance with investment restrictions (internal and external). /ppEnsure the provision of appropriate training and guidance for employees on compliance-related topics (regulatory). /ppAnalyze and proactively report on any potential compliance gaps, and actively collaborate with teams to address them effectively. /ppbr/bCandidate requirements /b /ppSwiss Law degree (Master of Law) and admission to the Swiss Bar. /ppProven experience and strong understanding of compliance and corporate law. /ppGood knowledge of the crypto space and regulatory frameworks. /ppIntegrity, humility, intellectual curiosity, honesty, and direct communication.
