This senior role offers the perfectbr/blend of access to international private markets and the opportunity to be a member of abr/team that drives meaningful change through investments with a strong focus on sustainabilitybr/and impact. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liRisk management and compliance at corporate level within the FINMA regulatory framework, collaborating with external deputy head Risk Compliance, regulatory auditor and foreign AIFM business partners and service providers. /li liPreparation of data and reports in view of the annual regulatory audit in line with FINMA’s specifications. /li liOngoing updating of the control system and of the corporate directives /li liKYC processes and risk analysis for new clients and business partners. /li liMember of the Investment Committee (veto right). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pWe are looking for a strong personality who is motivated, organized and capable of workingbr/in a dynamic environment. To fit into our team, you will have strong analytical skills, pay greatbr/attention to detail and be able to work independently. Passion for sustainability and impactbr/matters is a plus. /p ul liA university degree or equivalent with at least 8-10 years relevant professional experience, of which 3-5 years ideally in a comparable position in international asset management, preferably Alternative Investments / Private Equity. /li liStrong analytical and conceptual skills with problem-solving abilities and broad-based operational experience. /li liA constructive, diligent and well-structured approach to work and high reliability, excellent interpersonal skills and highest integrity. /li liPractical, proactive, flexible and delivery-focused team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment. /li liExcellent written and oral skills in German and English. /li liProficient with Microsoft Office tools. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
