ph3Job Type /h3 pFull-time /p h3Description /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced bSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant /b that will be a purpose-driven multitasker to provide high level support on multiple ongoing projects on our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) team. This role is primarily remote based anywhere within the United States with potential for periodic customer and corporate office onsite work. If so, we want to hear from you! /p h3Requirements Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine requirements, business process improvement, quality assurance, risk management, end user training, application configuration, and testing /li liProvide consulting services to the global organizations in HCM best practices and help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions /li liConduct design workshops with the client /li liEnsure design and deliver high quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirements /li liWork with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules /li liClearly document system configuration and business processes /li liEffectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going maintenance support /li liKeep abreast of new and relevant SAP releases and features and stay a certified expert in your respective area(s) /li /ul h3Travel Requirements /h3 pTravel as needed to support client projects. /p h3Required Skills /h3 ul liAt least 5 years experience with on-premise SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) /li liAt least 3 years hands‑on experience being a senior consultant on SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations /li liSAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation experience with US clients in customer‑facing roles /li liProficient in Personnel calculation rules and schema processing /li liUnderstanding of how applications support business processes. Ability to apply this knowledge to solve client business problems /li liStrong best practice consulting skills in SAP or SuccessFactors /li liFluent in English (verbal, written and reading) /li liStrong and effective communication style with team members, customers, and leaders /li liKeen attention to detail specifically when given direction, gathering requirements, listening to customers, documenting issues, and problem‑solving /li liAbility and desire to share knowledge with customers and to mentor other consultants on the team /li liStrong presentation and consulting skills /li liDemonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules /li liAbility to grasp business concepts and setup applications accordingly /li /ul h3Preferred Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge, experience, and current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in 1 or more talent modules, in addition to Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central preferred /li liSAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) international implementation experience (nations outside of the US) /li liExperience with Replication configuration, logging and analysis /li liKnowledge of SAP ECC Benefits Administration integration and configuration /li liExperience as a team lead and/or project management /li liABAP development skills /li liSkilled at knowledge sharing of functional and technical information with other team members /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pThis is a Full Time, Ongoing position as a W2 Employee /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
