At the same time, they use the mechanism of modular stack and rollup technology in combination to make blockchain development faster and simpler, and also bring unlimited scalability to the network. /pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with developers, both within and outside the community, fostering a sense of excitement and engagement. /liliPlan and execute developer-focused events, hackathons, webinars, and conferences to grow and bring the developer community together. /liliCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, and resources to help developers integrate seamlessly. /liliDeliver educational content through various channels, such as Telegram etc. /liliGather feedback/insights from developers and relay it to the product and engineering teams. Advocate for developers' needs and priorities within the organization. /liliStay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology, particularly in the Cosmos ecosystem. /liliServe as a passionate advocate within the developer community and at industry events. Promote our technology and contribute to its success. /liliCollaborate closely with COO and cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to grow developer engagement and onboard new developers. /li /ulpbRequirements: /b /pulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field /liliMinimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a software developer or developer relations/advocate /liliIn-depth knowledge of Layer-12 blockchain networks and Web3 protocols /liliExperience with at least one of the following programming languages: Golang, Rust /liliStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience in public speaking and hosting workshops is a plus. /liliExperience in writing documentation and producing technical content /liliDemonstrated experience in community building and engagement. /liliSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. /liliExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. /liliFamiliarity with open-source software development practices is a plus. /liliAbility to travel as needed for events and conferences. /liliFluency in both written and spoken English.
