Reporting to the Team Lead ERP Value Chain in Switzerland, you'll join a skilled IT team to plan, design, implement, maintain, and improve IT processes from material management and logistics. /p pThe role involves consulting, planning, and executing the transition from the current application landscape to the future system landscape in alignment with transformation projects. Then we are looking forward to meeting you! /p h3Your responsibilities: /h3 h3Application Owner (AO): /h3 ul liAct as the primary IT point of contact for the internal Accelleron Power Users and Business Process Owners regarding following processes: Sourcing Procurement, Supplier Management, Inbound Logistics, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification and the processes around Tracking Tracing of parts. /li liCoordinate and implement the application strategy for above SAP MM related processes in close collaboration with the business and Group IS Delivery functions, ensuring alignment with the IS strategy. /li liBuild deep application-specific knowledge of Accelleron processes and the application landscape. /li liPerform SAP customizing and provide specifications for SAP Developments. /li liIT Service Provider Management. /li liActively support Power Users to maintain the required training and knowledge levels to ensure efficient use of SAP MM applications. Provide direct End User training when required. /li liDrive and support high data quality in close collaboration with Power Users and End Users to optimize business processes. /li liLead temporary working groups and projects, monitor progress, share expert knowledge and provide advisory support without having direct line management responsibility. /li liKeep the solution documentation updated. /li liEnsure the End to End fulfillment of the defined business SLAs. /li liEnsure your application portfolio is meeting the planned budget including regular forecasting. /li /ul h3Process Engineering (PE): /h3 ul liIdentify, propose, consult and support business process improvement initiatives. /li liActively engage with the Business to continuously evaluate opportunities for further automation and optimization of processes. /li liWork closely with Business stakeholders to identify potentials enabled by new technologies and applications. /li liAdvise the Business before and during the implementation of SAP process improvements. /li liRepresent Accelleron interests in IS projects in the role of both Application Owner and Process Engineer for the assigned applications and processes. /li liIdentify trends and key digital technologies that increase process efficiency or enable new business value. Support related improvement projects in close collaboration with the business. /li liEnsure correct implementation of Quality and IT standards throughout process improvement initiatives.
