Reporting to Country managing Director, the Client Director will be part of the Leadership team and oversee commercial and BD management f or designated Business Line Heads. /p pPosition Location: Switzerland /p h3YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED? /h3 h3Strategy Growth /h3 ul liAnalyze market conditions, competition, and emerging opportunities to create actionable growth strategies. /li liFoster a culture of innovation and collaboration to drive growth initiatives forward including new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to increase company profitability. /li liWork closely with country market leaders to create go-to-market strategies. /li liContinuously monitor the competitive landscape, customer behaviors, and industry trends, while using data analytics to inform decisions and adjust strategies based on performance metrics. /li liProviding thought leadership input into WSP France’s broader commercial initiatives to support CE WSP’s strategic plan and direction. /li liBe active part of the CE regional Client team representing France /li /ul h3Commercial /h3 ul liPartner with both the legal and financial team to safeguard all commercial agreements and activities, ensuring robust legal and financial protection. /li liInnovate and maintain standard Terms and Conditions for commercial agreements and other legal documents, ensuring the company retains a competitive edge. /li liOversee and enhance WSP France’s commercial policies and procedures, developing new policies to support business growth. /li liRegular collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to fine-tune the commercial sensitivity of each proposal in response to the current operational status. /li liImplement and monitor the internal procedures to run an operation fully compliance with the WSP DoA in commercial and BD aspects /li liCollaborate with the Managing Director and Business Line Heads to set and achieve strategic goals for commercial operations, managing key metrics like Sales, Hard Backlog, Soft Backlog, Net Revenue, Operating Margins, ... /li liEnhance commercial rigor in pricing and budgeting for major projects by collaborating with Business Line Heads and project teams, while leading the preparation and review of commercial submissions for proposals, ensuring timely and coordinated input from stakeholders. /li liAnalyze the performance of the project portfolio, develop strategies for support and intervention, report findings to leadership, and assist the business in positioning for and securing major strategic bids. /li liLead risks management strategies, engaging directly with clients and ensure comprehensive handover briefings to inform project teams /li /ul h3Business Intelligence and Reporting /h3 ul liOwns and manages data performance related to commercial activities, utilizing key metrics such as Sales, Hard Backlog, Soft Backlog, Net Revenue, Operating Margins, ... to inform strategic decisions. /li liDemonstrates the ability to analyze current data for the Managing Director and synthesize data for comprehensive global analysis. /li liExperienced in CRM management and client database handling, with familiarity in relevant tools. /li liLead the national pipeline track /li liReport the operations KPI´s and pipeline to the Regional Client team. /li /ul h3WHAT IF IT WAS YOU? /h3 h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
