We are looking for someone who has already worked with serious fundraising, investor relations, capital raising, or strategic finance and who has a strong record of real results. /p pYour primary task will be to help identify, engage, develop, and secure investors capable of participating at a meaningful scale. In practice, that means building relationships, qualifying interest, structuring conversations, following long processes, and helping move capital from initial attention to actual commitment. /p pYou will work closely with our CEO as our investment team raises hundreds of millions of dollars over the next few years. Ideally you should have experience in raising capital for technology startup companies. /p h3You’ll play an important role in: /h3 ul liIdentifying and developing relationships with relevant investors /li liSupporting and driving fundraising efforts and investor outreach /li liManaging long-cycle investor dialogues from first contact to closing /li liHelping shape investor materials, positioning, and communication /li liWorking closely with leadership on capital strategy and fundraising priorities /li liQualifying opportunities and focusing effort where the probability of outcome is strongest /li liRepresenting Copenhagen Atomics professionally and convincingly in high-stakes conversations /li /ul h3To succeed in the role, you: /h3 ul liHave significant relevant experience in fundraising, investment, investor relations, private capital, or similar fields /li liHave a documented record of strong results /li liAre comfortable operating in conversations where deal sizes are measured in multi-millions /li liCan build trust with sophisticated counterparties /li liAre commercially sharp, persistent, and good at reading people and incentives /li liCan handle long, complex processes without losing momentum /li liUnderstand that raising capital is part strategy, part persistence, and part credibility /li liIdeally have experience from deep-tech, energy, infrastructure, industrial projects, or other technically demanding sectors /li /ul h3Additional information Next Step: /h3 pThis role is based in bZug, Switzerland /b, where we are establishing a new department.
