This person will work closely with our operating companies and corporate leadership teams to define strategies, translate them into actionable MA roadmaps, and take end-to-end responsibility for sourcing and executing MA transactions. /p h3Reports To /h3 pSVP, Strategy Corporate Development /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive strategy development with executive teams, manage annual strategic planning process /li liBuild out MA funnel by leading market and competitive analysis in core and adjacent spaces /li liIdentify attractive target companies, and cultivate their owners and management /li liDevelop strategic rationale and financial business case for acquisitions, manage financial model /li liNegotiate NDA, prepare letter of intent, perform diligence, structure, and negotiate deal terms /li liAct as “deal quarterback”, advising and driving deal teams of experts from Corporate and operating companies and external advisors to complete work and reach investment recommendations /li liPresent diligence findings and deal recommendations to Envista’s leadership team /li liEnsure effective management of post-closing deal terms, hand‑over to integration teams, and tracking of successful deal execution /li /ul h3Key Interactions /h3 ul liEnvista Senior Leadership Team (CEO, CFO, General Counsel) /li liEnvista Strategy and Corporate Development team /li liOperating Companies’ Presidents and Leadership Teams /li /ul h3Job Requirements /h3 ul liBS or BA (or equivalent degree) required; top tier MBA or JD strongly preferred /li li10 years+ experience in strategy development and mergers acquisitions, having led multiple deals from start to finish. Experience needs to include in‑house MA experience at a top‑tier corporation /li liPrior MA experience in private equity, law firm, investment bank, or accounting firm and/or strategy consulting experience at a top‑tier management consulting firm strongly preferred /li liMedTech/Healthcare/Manufacturing and international transaction experience considered a plus /li /ul h3The successful candidate will /h3 ul liHave experience leading negotiations with an ability to listen, compromise and manage conflict /li liBe creative, intellectually curious, self‑starting, and possess a strong work ethic /li liPossess strong judgment to form independent points of view on risks and opportunities on deals /li liCommunicate clearly and concisely, distilling complex subjects into actionable decision frames /li liDemonstrate presence, credibility, integrity and trustworthiness in highly confidential situations /li liBuild, critique, and refine financial models with strong financial, quantitative and analytical skills and provide and defend valuation recommendations /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
