Join us in Buchs (CH) with immediate effect or by appointment. /p h3Software Engineer ( all genders) - Functional Safety /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelopment of technical concepts for implementing functional safety features in an embedded software environment /li liSupporting the Functional Safety Manager in creating and reviewing the Functional Safety Concept (FSC) and system requirements /li liPerforming software safety analyses (e.g., DSA, FMEA for software) /li liLeading, creating, and maintaining software safety requirements, including related verification criteria /li liDeriving and aligning the impact of functional safety features on the software architecture in close cooperation with the Software Architect (including software components, interfaces, and hardware resources) /li liEnsuring compliance with relevant ASPICE processes and alignment of all development activities with the required ASIL/SIL levels /li liDeveloping a roadmap for functional safety features based on the Safety Plan and project releases /li liActing as the main point of contact for external auditors in the area of Software Functional Safety /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCompleted degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Computer Science, or a comparable field /li liAt least 7 years of experience in the automotive software field and 3 years in the area of Functional Safety (ISO 26262, IEC 61508) /li liPractical experience with Infineon AURIX microcontrollers; knowledge of STM32 is a plus /li liCertifications in ISO 26262 or IEC 61508 as well as knowledge of modern diagnostic protocols or model‑based development /li liVery good English skills; German is a plus /li liStrong analytical skills, structured way of working, team orientation, and confident communication with internal and external stakeholders /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
