ppbPRIVATE WEALTH MANAGEMENT (PWM) /b /p pGoldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) specializes in creating comprehensive wealth management plans for ultra high net‑worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions, including foundations and endowments. PWM teams work one‑on‑one with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies drawn from our deep investment experience, diverse wealth‑management capabilities and global reach. Our Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) deliver an unparalleled investment platform inclusive of the full product and service offerings of Goldman Sachs and beyond, which may include tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning and private banking and lending services. As client needs evolve, this close relationship allows the team to offer complementary services and new opportunities by leveraging the resources of Goldman Sachs and beyond. /p pOur Business Development Professionals (BDP) will provide analytical, investment, and client service support for existing clients while at the same time developing skills to participate in the team’s new business generation under an apprenticeship model with current Private Wealth Advisors. The ongoing training and apprenticeship is designed to prepare our BDPs for a successful transition into our role. /p h3HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL /h3 ul liWork closely with Private Wealth Advisors to support and implement wealth management strategies for PWM clients /li liDevelop and prepare marketing presentations for prospective clients /li liAnalyze investment portfolios for risk and return characteristics /li liExecute portfolio rebalancing and trades /li liResearch internal and external investment vehicles for client asset allocation /li liProvide client service and team support /li liSource new prospective clients through cold outreach /li liServe as team’s client relationship management system expert /li liParticipate in some of the team’s prospective client meetings and follow up, as appropriate /li liManage new business team meetings and associated action items /li liRelay GS Research and ISG market views to Private Wealth Advisors, clients and prospective clients /li liLiaise with various product groups within Investment Management to respond to client needs /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liBachelor's degree /li liRelated financial services experience of 2-4 years /li liInterest in pursuing a career as a /li liAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment and think clearly under pressure /li liStrong interest in the financial markets and good investment sense / commercial instinct /li liAbility to multi‑task and work with a variety of partners across the firm /li liEntrepreneurial spirit coupled with a desire to work in a team‑oriented environment /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills /li liFluency in French and English /li liStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build and foster a strong network of relationships /li liCreative approach to problem solving /li liStrong project management and organizational skills /li /ul h3ABOUT GOLDMAN SACHS /h3 pAt Goldman Sachs, we commit our people, capital and ideas to help our clients, shareholders and the communities we serve to grow.
