This is a compelling opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing team focused on investing in and building compelling software in emerging crypto and blockchain technologies. /ph3Job Summary /h3pDialectic acts as an advisor to multiple liquid crypto funds specializing in DeFi yield strategies, as well as venture activity focused on crypto/blockchain technologies. Dialectic Atelier, our software development team, is researching and implementing advanced analytics and data collection systems powered by advanced Machine Learning Models. As we scale both in team size and in focus, we are seeking an experienced technology executive to help us level up our team and processes and ultimately drive more value to the bottom line. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute the overall technology strategy and roadmap focused on blockchain and AI innovations. /liliArchitect and oversee the deployment of secure, scalable infrastructure for blockchain integrations, smart contracts, and data analytics. /liliLead and build a high-performing engineering team that fosters innovation, technical excellence, and thought leadership in relation to crypto-economics. /liliEnsure strict adherence to evolving regulatory requirements (e.g., FINMA) and industry best practices. /liliStay updated on emerging technologies in blockchain, DeFi, and cryptocurrency markets to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge. /liliLead technical representation for corporate development. This includes presenting the company's technical vision at major investor and industry events. /liliManage the technology budget, expenses, and business sustainability. /liliMaintain adherence to security protocols to protect company and client data. /liliManage relationships with strategic vendors (custody, data analytics, compliance, etc.) and support third-party integrations for fund operations. /li /ulh3Key Requirements /h3ulli5+ years of experience in technology roles spanning crypto-native companies, centralized exchanges, investment funds, and relevant engineering roles. /liliExperience in crypto onchain protocols, including smart contracts, protocol development, custody. /liliProven management, hiring, and people development skills. /liliStrong project management and methodical problem-solving skills. /liliPassion for blockchain and crypto technologies and their potential to drive meaningful impact for individuals, institutions, and the broader world. /liliEntrepreneurial mindset with a capacity for independent and flexible thinking. /liliAbility to work in an autonomous, methodical, and detail-oriented manner. A high level of precision is required in order to succeed in this role. /liliWillingness to be co-located in Zug at least a majority of the time. /liliIntegrity, humility, self-reflective, intellectual curiosity, honesty, and forthright communication.
