Stellenbeschreibungph3PIPECARE Group – the leading provider of inline inspection services in Oil Gas field – is looking for the bChief Financial Officer (CFO) /b to join our Team. /h3 pThe CFO is a key member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team. The main responsibility of the CFO is to ensure compliance with financial standards and tax laws, enforce corporate governance, provide operational efficiency with reliable IT/ERP systems and establish suitable reporting and forecasting systems for sound decision‑making. /p pThe CFO will use his/her best endeavors to promote the interests of the Group. The CFO is in charge of the company budget preparation and adherence, achieving the target margins. The CFO ensures the business operates according to the best financial practices and is in line with corporate requirements and various local regulations. /p pbWe will only consider candidates with international exposure and based in Switzerland. /b /p h3Main duties and responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide timely and accurate financial reporting to the Board of Directors. /li liEnsure financial health of the group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts. /li liEnsure standard financial statements, cash flow, budget, branch performance and variance analysis, and related statements are prepared on time. /li liDevelop, recommend and direct all short term and long‑range financial plans consistent with corporate philosophy and strategies. /li liProvide direction to all financial operations (company, project and subsidiary) to ensure corporate financial data is as accurate and timely as possible, cash and return on assets are maximized and accounting systems are reliable and efficiently implemented. /li liImplement operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel to accommodate the growth objectives of the company. /li liEnsure legal and commercial compliance in all entities of the Group. /li liOversee the development of and monitor adherence to operational and capital budgets, and develop cost containment strategies as required. Suggest and implement ideas for savings and additional revenue generation. /li liAnalyze financial information provided by project management teams and identify trends in financial performance. /li liProvide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. /li liEvaluates and advises on the impact of long‑range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action. /li liCoordinate external audits performed by corporate auditors and third‑party entities ensuring timely, accurate and professional representation of all information provided. /li liOptimize the handling of bank and deposit relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash position and cash management. /li liIdentify potential business opportunities or improvements. /li liAssists the Board of Directors as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the company to meet sales, growth and market share objectives. /li liPerforms other duties as assigned by the Group CEO. /li /ul h3Competency Requirements /h3 ul liAnalytical - synthesizes complex or diverse information. /li liProblem solving - identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skilfully. /li liCommunication - able to articulate clearly and persuasively challenges and opportunities in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts productive meetings. /li liDelegation - delegates work assignments, gives authority to work independently, sets expectations and monitors delegated activities. /li liLeadership - inspires and motivates others to perform and accepts 360 feedback. /li liManagement skills - includes staff in planning, decision‑making, facilitating and establishing of process improvement initiatives;
