pAlpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates. /ppFor our client, an international energy company headquartered in Zurich with operations across the DACH region, we are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliResponsibility for commercial and contract-related matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of agreements (e.g. supplier, service, and customer contracts), as well as advising business stakeholders on contractual risks and obligations /liliHandling corporate and governance topics, including support with board matters, preparation of resolutions, maintenance of corporate documentation, and ensuring adherence to internal governance standards and applicable legal requirements /liliSupporting and further developing compliance frameworks, particularly in the areas of KYC, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, including the preparation and delivery of trainings for business teams to ensure awareness and adherence /liliActing as a key legal contact for internal stakeholders, providing pragmatic and business-oriented advice across day-to-day operations /liliMonitoring relevant legal and regulatory developments and translating them into actionable guidance for the organization /li /ulpstrongExperience Qualifications: /strong /pulliSwiss law background (MLaw required) /liliAround 2 years of relevant experience (including internships and/or post-qualification experience) /liliPragmatic, hands-on mindset, with the ability to provide practical and business-oriented legal solutions /li /ulpstrongWhat We Offer: /strong /ppAt Alpinum Solutions, project lawyers and interim attorneys work on diverse interim and project mandates in an international and dynamic environment.
