Ensuring completeness, resource management and oversight of the activity /li liTransformation: Define a roadmap for implementing transformation such as automations, process reengineering or monitoring solutions. Establish the framework on when to use various capabilities available to the team. Develop access to further tools and integration possibilities. Ensure that solutions are reusable and appropriately documented /li liSkills development: Encourage the team to develop their skills to further improve BAU quality or support Transformations actively /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liLeadership and coaching skills, previous leadership experience required /li liBanking Operations several years experience, experience in client tax reporting or corporate actions a plus /li liCuriosity to get deep understanding of the business processes to identify improvements /li liProject management experience /li liProcess engineering, process automation, data analytics /li liAnalytical skills to understand and resolve problems /li liUniversity education (or equivalent academic degrees) in Business, Finance, Data Engineering or similar /li liFluent in English and good German skills would be a plus /li liData and Tech literacy for Data analytics, Data Modeling experience would be a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
