ph3Project Manager Engineering /h3 pbPurpose of the role /b As a Project Manager Engineering, you will lead cross-functional product development and engineering projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and innovative solutions that support business and customer objectives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead product development, customization, relocation, and cost-down projects with a strong focus on innovation. /li liManage cross-functional project teams within a global matrix organization. /li liOversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, quality, and budget. /li liAct as the main interface between project teams and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment. /li liFoster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages continuous learning and individual contribution. /li liPromote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize project processes and outcomes. /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful execution. /li liCoordinate technical, supply chain, marketing, and quality activities throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field). /li liProven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a global matrix organization. /li liExperience leading complex product development projects from concept to prototype with minimal supervision. /li liBroad understanding of engineering, supply chain, marketing, and quality processes. /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. /li liProficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, MS365, DevOps, and project management tools. /li liFluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage. /li liExperience in the vacuum technology or semiconductor industry is beneficial. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
