Legal Counsel

ppFlex Suisse is the leading provider of flexible staffing solutions in the Legal Compliance sector in Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an Interim Legal Counsel. /ph3Responsibilities: /h3ulliAdvise on a broad range of employment law matters in a highly regulated environment. /liliSupport corporate, finance and MA matters as part of a broader interim legal counsel role. /liliWork closely with senior legal leadership and key stakeholders across the organisation. /liliAttend and lead meetings, guide discussions and provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice. /liliSupport a variety of cross-functional legal topics, including commercial, regulatory and governance matters. /li /ulh3Experience: /h3ulliMLaw or lic. iur.; seniority flexible, ideally a mature counsel with gravitas. /liliStrong employment law experience; experience within regulated, unionised and/or public-sector environments is an advantage. /liliAdditional corporate, finance and/or MA exposure is an advantage. /liliStrong command of French is required; additional language skills are considered an asset. /liliEmpathetic, assertive and confident personality with excellent stakeholder management skills. /liliComfortable operating in a meeting-intensive environment and willing to travel within Switzerland. /li /ulpWe are an equal opportunity employer enabling highly skilled talents with a variety of full- and part-time opportunities.
