To further develop their affiliate organization in the French-speaking Switzerland we are looking for you as a dedicated /ph3Senior Project Manager, Basel /h3pstrongYour Duties Responsibilities: /strong /pulliDrive customer relationship during conceptual phases with your strong technical expertise and your client understanding /liliProvide effective leadership, coaching and conflict resolution to the project team in order to meet project goals and objectives /liliCoordinate multi-discipline engineering projects throughout the entire life cycle - from proposal to final project handover /liliEnsure that proper engineering procedures, methods and technical solutions are utilized throughout the project /liliCoordinate or supervise the daily activities of the project team, including contractors and suppliers /liliManage the planning and execution of all critical success factors within the project, i.e. scope, time, cost and quality /liliDeveloping the structural growth of the young affiliate organization /liliContribute to Standards and Guidelines Development /li /ulpstrongYour Profile: /strong /pulliYou have worked on projects within the area of facility or process design and construction either with a pharmaceutical company’s technical organization, with a supplier company or with an engineering/consulting company. /liliYou have leadership experience, a good pharmaceutical industry overview with its specificities (GMP regulations …) and with a significant technical background based at least 10 years of relevant job experience. /liliYou are used to directly manage relations with international clients and you have willingness to travel. /liliYou speak French fluently and have a good command of the English language. /liliYou have a structured and organized way of working, a readiness of mind, a willingness to act, flexibility and finally, you are able to work under pressure. /liliYou have excellent customer understanding – and the ability to inspire and to demonstrate leadership in customer relations. /liliYou have a personal drive and are passionate about your work /liliYou are strong in all communication and have the ability to energize people and to give constructive feedback /li /ulpOur client is an international company specialized in pharma engineering.
