As our new bSenior Medical Director / Medical Director, Clinical Development /b, you’ll play a key part in this mission. /p pAs a key member of our multi-disciplinary oncology team, you will serve as a medical expert supporting Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields) Therapy clinical programs. Depending on experience and level, you will either lead a clinical study (Medical Director) or lead a broader clinical program and a team of physicians (Senior Medical Director), driving medical strategy, execution excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across our global organization. /p pYou will work closely with RD, global clinical operations, regulatory, and commercial partners to advance tumor-based programs from protocol development through submission readiness, ensuring scientific rigor, audit preparedness, and patient-focused impact. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liServe as the medical expert and key technical contributor for a tumor-based clinical study or program evaluating the safety and efficacy of TTFields delivered concomitantly with standard therapy in patients with cancer /li liDrive clinical development strategy including protocol authoring, regulatory and ethics committee submissions, study initiation, investigator communication, safety and medical monitoring, data screening and analysis, and publication initiatives /li liAuthor and oversee key clinical documents including study protocols and Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), ensuring submission readiness and inspection/audit preparedness /li liEstablish and lead physician teams and key opinion leader relationships to support study execution and overall medical strategy /li liPartner cross-functionally with matrix teams, including RD, Innovation, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders, to solve complex problems and move programs forward with a strong business and patient perspective /li liEnsure strict compliance with medical and ethical standards at Novocure /li liLead and develop a group of medical professionals, providing strategic direction across a clinical program and driving alignment across global stakeholders /li liCollaborate across functions to execute a clinical study while contributing to the broader medical strategy /li /ul h3About You /h3 pMinimum Requirement: /p ul liMedical Degree /li liAt least 5 years of clinical research experience working within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies (Medical Director level) /li liAt least 10 years of clinical research experience working within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies (Senior Medical Director level) /li liPrevious experience leading physician teams and managing direct reports (Senior Medical Director level) /li liStrong understanding of the clinical development process, including matrix multidisciplinary teams, regulatory submissions, and data analysis /li liSound understanding in oncology clinical research, with tumor-based program experience /li liHands‑on experience authoring clinical protocols and Clinical Study Reports (CSRs) as well as preparing submissions and ensuring inspection and audit readiness /li /ul pThese additional qualifications are preferred: /p ul liBiopharmaceutical or medical device industry experience /li liClinical oncology experience /li liStrong leadership skills with the ability to move initiatives forward in a growing, mid‑sized global organization /li liExcellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills /li liAbility to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and global team environment /li liHigh degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pFor US Applicants: This pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $250,000-280,000 USD. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits.
