The successful candidate will competently carry out duties in a professional manner and in accordance with regulatory requirements, service levels and company standards. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liFormation of the Group’s financial policy; /li liLead the quarterly and year-end closings, including allocations, provisions, and data checks; /li liEnsure compliance of financial statements with the local standards, contribute to data accuracy improvements, drive coordination of data between local accountants and sales, production, logistics, and RD teams; /li liPrepare the quarterly consolidated financial statements of the Group; /li liCooperate and deliver information for internal/external audit reviews. /li /ul h32) Financial planning and analysis /h3 ul liPrepare the annual budget and quarterly forecast updates; /li liPrepare monthly financial analysis to monitor budget variance, monitor the execution of budget baselines, ensure consistency between operation results budget expectations; /li liAd-hoc reports and calculations for CEO, and Board members. /li /ul h33) Treasury /h3 ul liCollect and check the incoming invoices to ensure that the expenses are allocated according to the correct budget; /li liPrepare the payment calendar and weekly register of payments for execution; /li liManage the financial cash flows, liquidity, receivables, and payables; /li liProvide operational checks on financial, operational, and payroll data; /li liInteract with the banks on operational issues. /li /ul h34) Corporate governance /h3 ul liPrepare monthly management reports for the Board of directors; /li liPrepare the quarterly documents pack for the investors; /li liPrepare the quarterly presentations for the Board of directors with the financial updates and present the results at the Board of directors meeting. /li liDrive coordination of Board of directors and shareholder matters. /li /ul h35) International activity /h3 ul liLead international operations in terms of financial matters; /li liLead on global tax structuring issues. /li /ul h36) Business Systems /h3 ul liERP systems involvement in work with integrators and consultants to choose the best fit for the company’s needs. /li liProactive involvement in the optimization of procedures and tools/systems, as well as business simplification initiatives and reporting and planning process automatization. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h31) Gerenal /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or similar; /li liMore than 5 years of experience in finance, controlling, management accounting, FPA or Big4 (Due Diligence department); /li liFinancial modeling experience; /li liExperience in fin-tech/ IT industry will be an advantage; /li liIn-depth understanding of financial statements (BS, PL, Cash Flow) core finance/ accounting concepts, knowledge of RAS and IFRS; /li liKnowledge of basics of the consolidation of financial statements and management reporting; /li liAdvanced English; /li liKnowledge of accounting system 1C, knowledge of accounting system XERO is a plus; /li liAdvanced PC user: Excel, PowerPoint. /li liStrong analytical and problem solving skills; /li liAccuracy and attention to detail, critical thinking; /li liWillingness to learn and develop adjacent competencies; /li liStrong team player, good management skills; /li liAbility to work in multitasking mode; /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
