You contribute to the implementation and operation of the regional structure decided by the competent authorities. You supervise the staff of the establishment and promote a culture of collaboration and exchange between all school stakeholders.Responsibilities- Management of recruitment processes, evaluation, and development of your team, in compliance with the directives of the department- Support for teams, also ensuring the development of skills in line with the objectives and needs of the various activities of the establishment, ensuring the adaptation of its services to the needs of the students- Guarantee of the quality of teaching, in compliance with the programs and legislation in force- Promotion within the establishment of a policy aimed at the success and inclusion of the students under your responsibility- Organize and lead the establishment's management councilFor further information, consult the job description here.
