Here, your voice matters – bold thinking is encouraged, and action follows ambition. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the development and execution of comprehensive sourcing strategies for transport and warehousing, focusing on optimization and integrating sustainable solutions. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their logistical needs, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and driving project implementation. /li liCleanse, transform, and structure large datasets to support sourcing decisions. /li liBuild and conduct sourcing events (RFx) including e‑Auctions. /li liAnalyze market trends and supplier performance to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliability. /li liIdentify and implement cost‑saving initiatives and process improvements. /li liEngage with new and existing suppliers to negotiate contracts that align with our goals. /li liManage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, performance, and goals for continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li2‑4 years of experience in the logistics industry, either in a sourcing role or an industry‑specific position, with a strong understanding of the transport‑warehouse industry and cost models. /li liExpertise in evaluating and improving transport and warehouse operations, implementing cost‑effective and sustainable solutions. /li liProven negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms that align with business objectives. /li liExperience in building, managing and translating complex datasets into relevant actionable information. /li liProven experience in contributing to continuous improvement of data processes and reporting standards. /li liComfortable working in a global setup, with a deep understanding of various international markets, particularly in EMEA, Americas, APAC. /li liFluent in English and Spanish wanted; French, German or another European language is an advantage. /li liWillingness to travel to suppliers and distribution centers as needed to ensure quality and supply chain efficiency. /li /ul h3Join a truly global team. /h3 pWe offer a dynamic and international environment where high performance meets real purpose.
