We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the Group Corporate Centre Legal team. You will work in a diverse and flexible environment in close cooperation with colleagues in various jurisdictions, contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the future of our markets. /p pDon't hesitate and apply now with your CV in English. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liProvide legal advice and support on corporate matters, strategic Group initiatives and transactions. /li liSupport board, shareholder, and senior management matters, preparing key documentation and ensuring effective execution. /li liPrepare high-quality materials and deliver clear, concise legal input to support decision-making at senior management and board level. /li liDraft, review and negotiate material agreements with regulators, authorities, shareholders and other key external stakeholders. /li liLead or support cross-functional initiatives, manage external counsel, and contribute to the development of legal processes, frameworks and tools. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liMaster's degree in law, admission to the Swiss bar and 5+ years of professional experience in a law firm or the financial sector. /li liStrong expertise in corporate law and strategic legal matters; experience in MA, competition law and/or financial market regulation is an advantage. /li liStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, board-level contacts, and external stakeholders. /li liIndependent, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, with sound judgment, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive matters. /li liAffinity for technology and digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions, proficiency in Microsoft 365. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
