About the Team

eBay is the #1 Collectibles marketplace in the world, selling to millions of customers globally. Our mission is to be the most loved destination for collectors of trading cards, memorabilia, toys, comics, coins, and more. The eBay Collectibles team is looking for a Bern-based Strategy and Operations Lead to support the EU Collectibles leadership team. This role will be responsible for framing strategy, creating and refining business cases, managing key leadership cadences, crafting compelling executive-ready narratives, and driving select program execution for key collectibles categories including trading cards, coins, comics, and toys.

Other qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience: Analytics, strategy & operations, management consulting, product management, or similar in e-commercial, retail, consumer goods, or consumer tech.

• BA/BS degree, or equivalent.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

• Excellent presentation skills + high-level proficiency in related tools: Google Slides and/or MS Powerpoint.

• Excellent analytical skills, experience pulling data/gathering insights, and high-level proficiency in related tools: Google Sheets and/or MS Excel.

• Excellent program/project management skills and high-level proficiency in related tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.

• Travel to industry events, external partners, and eBay offices as-needed (4+ times/year).

• MBA or similar graduate degree.

• 2-sided marketplace experience.

• Industry experience in or personal passion for Collectibles (Trading Cards, Coins, Comics, Toys).
