Look no further than Zurich Canada. /p pIf you have commercial insurance international / multinational experience, and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you. /p pZurich Canada is currently looking for a Multinational Service Specialist who will be accountable for turning strategy into reality — ensuring complex, fronted, multinational captive programs operate compliantly, consistently, and seamlessly for customers. /p pReporting to the Senior Multinational Services Manager, you will consult with Account Teams and manage end-to-end Multinational Program servicing on international program business service delivery, including customer service requirements, service proposition and handling of various service delivery issues in order to enhance customer experience. /p pThis is a unique opportunity to build your knowledge and experience for the future in a supportive environment where your voice matters. /p h3What you bring to the table /h3 ul liEnsure fronting decisions with captive partners are translated into executable servicing actionsbr/Ensure policies, certificates, and local documentation comply with:br/o Fronting requirementsbr/o Local insurance regulationsbr/o Captive reinsurance structures /li liCoordinate timely issuance to avoid regulatory or tax exposure /li liEnsure underwriting decisions are accurately reflected in:br/o Local policiesbr/o Fronting agreementsbr/o Reinsurance cessions to the captive /li liFlag operational misalignment between agreed captive structure and local execution /li liEnsure correct premium flows between Zurich network and captive /li liCoordinate timely captive premium flow and allocation /li liPrevent mismatches between underwriting intent and actual financial transactions between captive and relevant parties /li liEnsure contract certainty across policies, captive reinsurance agreements, and local certificates /li liDay-to-day relationship management and program maintenance with captive managers /li /ul h3Job Qualifications - What you bring to the table /h3 pbRequired: /b /p p• Bachelors Degree, and 2 or more years of experience in the Service Delivery area /p pOR /p p• High School Diploma or Equivalent, and 4 or more years of experience in the Service Delivery area /p pAND /p p• Intermediate knowledge of captive reinsurance /p p• Experience of reinsurance accounting processes, including but not limited to reinsurance cession and cashflow /p p• Experience in end-to-end coordination between captive, insured, broker, and fronting partners /p pbPreferred: /b /p p• Knowledge of insurance products and services, international business /p p• Knowledge of the business environment, finance, economics and reinsurance /p p• Effective communication skills /p p• Strong written and verbal skills /p p• Ability to multi-task /p p• Strong analytical and planning skills /p p• Ability to effectively manage changing priorities /p p• Ability to build networking skills /p p• Bilingual (French and English) is an asset /p pCompensation for roles at Zurich varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The salary range provided is a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled. As required by local law, Zurich provides in good faith a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Compensation may exceed the range listed based on the evaluation of skillset and experience.
