A single family office based in central Zurich, right on the lakefront, is looking for a warm, reliable, and experienced Private Assistant to the CEO. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting a persons life in a trusted, long‑term way — balancing private needs with business assistance

What you will do:

• Manage a dynamic agenda and coordinate travel
• Support the CEO with private, household, and lifestyle matters
• Assist with business tasks, documents, and follow‑ups
• Act as a discreet point of contact for service providers and partners

What were looking for:

• Previous experience as a Private/Personal Assistant
• A calm, organised, and proactive personality
• Someone discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling sensitive matters
• Languages: German, English, and Russian - fluent are essential

Package:

• Full‑time contract
• Salary: CHF 100'000 – 120'000 + end‑of‑year bonus
