Job Description

To reinforce the  Synechron Switzerland  team, we are looking for a  Business Analyst with experience in Client Relationship Management .  Our mission is for one of our clients, a  Private Bank  in  Geneva.

• Participating in gathering, analyzing client requirements, and writing detailed functional specifications needed for development center of our client, based in Luxembourg;
• Supporting and assisting the IT teams based in Geneva during various cycles;
• Ensuring the proper integration of the solutions under your responsibility into the bank's overall information system by conducting FATs / integration tests ;
• Supporting and coordinating testing phases with end users;
• Providing level 3 support in case of production incidents.
