Completely reimagined, the property now includes two spacious living rooms, a state of-the-art kitchen, private cinema and spa. The expert in-house team is on hand to create truly one-off experiences from hiking and heliskiing to lavish feasts prepared by a private chef.
Provide personalized and discreet service to guests throughout their stay, ensuring an exceptional private chalet experience.
Anticipate guests’ needs and preferences while delivering attentive and seamless service.
Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with luggage, and provide a personalized introduction to the chalet and its facilities.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with luxury hospitality standards, including private dining and special occasions.
Assist with guest requests, arrangements, and personalized experiences in coordination with the Head Butler, Chalet Manager, and other departments.
Maintain the highest standards of presentation, service etiquette, and attention to detail at all times.
Ensure guest areas are impeccably prepared and presented throughout the stay.
Assist with daily chalet operations, including table setups, service preparations, and coordination with Housekeeping and Culinary teams.
Maintain and update guest preferences to ensure a highly personalized experience.
Handle guest requests and unexpected situations with discretion, professionalism, and efficiency.
Promote the property’s services and contribute to guest loyalty and satisfaction.
Proven experience as a Butler, Senior Butler, Guest Relations Agent, or similar role within luxury hospitality, private residences, villas, yachts, or 5-star hotels.
Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards, butler etiquette, and personalized guest care.
Strong understanding of the expectations and requirements of high-net-worth clientele.
Fluent in French and English; additional languages such as German, Russian, or Arabic are an asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to create meaningful relationships with guests.
Impeccable presentation, discretion, and professional attitude.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-driven.
Flexible, adaptable, and available according to guest needs and operational requirements.
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
Valid driving license is an asset.
