MEDICAL AFFAIRS MANAGER

Osteoarticular

As part of the Global Medical Affairs team and based at the Swiss HQ, the Medical Affairs Manager will be responsible for organizing, managing, and coordinating all scientific activities to support the marketing and commercialization of the TA's products in alignment with corporate strategy. This role requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the global portfolio strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Development of Brand Plan in collaboration with Global Strategic Marketing, and implementation of them in collaboration with Affiliate’s Medical teams to align portfolio strategy.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clinical KOLs and scientific stakeholders at a global level.
  • Prepare and deliver scientific materials, including product monographs, training manuals, bibliographic collections, and multimedia content.
  • Design and coordinate educational and scientific corporate events (e.g., workshops, advisory boards, international academies).
  • Provide scientific training and support to branches and distributors for product launches and updates.
  • Evaluate Phase IV clinical studies (IIS-PMS) in collaboration with R&D and Regulatory Affairs.
  • Support Business Development by evaluating new molecules for licensing-in.

Required Skills

  • Master's degree in Medicine or Scientific Disciplines;
  • 8+ years of Medical experience in the Healthcare Market.
  • Previous experiences in Orthopaedics and / or Rheumatology will be considered preferential aspects;
  • Ability to work on projects, methodological rigor, planning and organizational skills in compliance with priorities;
  • Proficient in English and Italian (an additional language would be a plus);
  • Availability to travel up to 35%.
