We are currently looking for a Head of Trading . In the role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, and the starting date is as soon as possible at our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the trading desk, including a team of traders, ensuring flawless execution of daily client trading
• Represent the trading desk and the company to key clients, partners, and stakeholders at the highest level
• Set the strategic direction of the trading function, aligning with overall business goals and driving innovation in trading activities
• Oversee all trading operations, including risk management, liquidity provision, and market-making, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and profitability
• Drive the continuous development and optimization of trading platforms, tools, and processes in collaboration with Technology and Product teams
• Monitor, anticipate, and manage client needs across multiple accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client satisfaction
• Collaborate with senior management, Compliance, Business Development, and Legal to support both run-the-bank and change-the-bank initiatives
• Maintain expert knowledge of global derivatives and digital asset markets, ensuring the team is positioned at the forefront of new opportunities and market developments
• Oversee operational and strategic account management, including cash, collateral, and risk optimization
• Mentor, develop, and performance-manage traders, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
