We are going deep on Rust because performance and safety matter at this level. You don’t need to already be a Rust master, but you must have the drive and obsession to get there quickly. What matters most is motivation, speed of learning, and the hunger to solve problems nobody has solved before.
You will be building distributed systems, high-performance infrastructure, and AI that doesn’t just assist humans but makes decisions and executes them. The work is experimental, intense, and high-stakes. There will be days of chaos and uncertainty. But for the right person, this is the opportunity of a lifetime. A chance to help create a new category of technology from scratch.
