StellenbeschreibungSupport daily data activities and cover capacity gaps Perform data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies Ensure data integrity across systems (including DOMOS and data warehouse) Handle incoming data requests and ad-hoc analyses Prepare recurring data reports Drive automation and efficiency improvements Support optimisation of data workflows, reconciliations and reporting Contribute to documentation of processes and systems Provide training and coaching to team members Share knowledge and best practices Collaborate with Investment, Operations, Finance and IT teams Liaise with external vendors and service providers when required 7–10 years of experience in data, systems or operational roles within Private Equity, Asset Management or Financial Services Proven experience in team coordination or operational leadership Strong understanding of investment operations and fund structures Experience with Private Equity systems (eFront, DOMOS, iLEVEL, Allvue or similar) Strong knowledge of data governance and data management principles Proficiency in SQL and reporting / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar) Programming skills in SQL and one scripting language (Python, VB.NET, JavaScript or similar) Strong analytical and organisational skills High attention to detail Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities Fluent in English and French Start date : immediately or as agreed

- Act as operational point of contact for data-related matters
