POSITION OVERVIEW:

The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding the company’s operations into new niches by identifying and integrating startups. The main goal is to lead the company’s growth trajectory through strategic business development initiatives, utilizing deep industry knowledge and visionary leadership skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide strategic direction, foster innovation, and cultivate a high-performance culture within the team.

• Identify opportunities for global expansion and drive initiatives to capitalize on them. A hands-on approach and motivation for growth are essential for achieving the company's objectives.

• Possess a strong understanding of technical operations, specifically in areas where technology acquisition is a focus. Although production is outsourced, familiarity with specific machinery types, such as milling machines, is crucial. Diversifying production focus will be a key priority.

• Have a background in business development within the machinery sector, with an emphasis on areas beyond traditional focuses. A business-oriented mindset and industry experience are critical in driving the company's growth strategy forward.

• Bring a unique perspective from the control sector, with experience in selling controls and understanding client needs, which will significantly contribute to our technical office's objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven track record in business development, particularly in integrating new technologies or startups within a larger corporate structure.
