Your main tasks and responsibilities

• Handling of general administrative tasks within the Clinical R&D department
• Organization of meetings and business trips and related documentation
• Management of incoming invoices, reporting of facility and IT equipment issues on department level
• Organizing Onboarding and Offboarding activities for new employees
• Various assistance in clinical trials, other departmental projects and ordering study equipment
• Contact with internal departments as needed

Your expertise and ideal skill set

• Completed education (Secondary school or higher)
• Work experience in pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Very good IT-Skills
• Professional use of English and German language, both written and oral
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, to work to tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, proactive with attention to detail

You can find all offers here: The minimum gross salary according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 3.463,06 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
