Major crises demand the very best from our clients. We want them to count on us to help rise to the occasion and respond with resilience and character. That means preparing, predicting, preventing, managing, and recovering – so they emerge stronger. Our approach is designed to stay ahead of growing threats caused by major crises events. It begins by identifying and preparing for disruptions, and spans a broad portfolio of offerings including preparation, simulation, monitoring, response, and recovery. One integrated offering, at the ready for clients in need. Our Crisis & Resilience team sits within Cyber Risk Services, part of Technology and Transformation in Deloitte Switzerland.

How you can make an impact:

  • As a Crisis & Resilience Manager, you will be part of Deloitte’s subject matter expert group helping clients to prepare for and successfully navigate through disruptions and crises
  • You will utilise your expertise in delivering challenging projects to our client base, aiming to improve maturity in the areas of resilience including but not limited to continuity management, crisis management and recovery
  • You will partake in business development activities, enhancing our Crisis & Resilience propositions and building new client relationships

Who we are looking for

  • A strong personal desire to be a vital part in helping clients to prepare for and navigate successfully through crisis situations
  • Next to Crisis & Resilience related matters – a strong interest to learn, grow and contribute in wider risk management and cyber related topics
  • Existing subject matter expertise in one or multiple resilience areas of continuity management, crisis management and/or recovery
  • Existing credentials in the areas of Incident and Crisis Management, Risk Management and Cyber Security are an advantage (e.g. ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, BCI Accreditation, CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.)
  • Fluency in English and German is required

Your team

Become part of a diverse, multinational and highly motivated team of around 80+ cybersecurity professionals across Switzerland. We will help you grow both personally and professionally: through our trainings, mentoring programmes and on-the-job learning, but also by connecting with your colleagues across all business lines.
