Airborne Catering GmbH is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced, service-driven professional to join our Customer Care team at Zurich Airport.
Operating in the exclusive world of private aviation and VIP catering, we deliver exceptional quality, precision and personalised service to an international clientele.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of excellence in every detail, we would like to hear from you.
Your Profile
✅ Excellent command of English
✅ Valid driving licence with at least three years of driving experience
✅ Clean criminal record
✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel and Teams
✅ Proven experience in customer care or a comparable service-oriented role
✅ Previous experience in marketing and digital communication
✅ Experience in VIP catering, private aviation or luxury hospitality is highly valued
✅ Currently based in Switzerland and holding a valid Swiss work permit
✅ Candidates based in Zurich or the surrounding area are strongly preferred
