UX Researcher

UX Researcher vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Technology & IT Provider sector.

Your tasks:

• Plan and conduct qualitative and/or quantitative user research to support product and business decisions.
• Analyse, synthesise and communicate research findings, insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, product opportunities and strategic priorities.
• Use research-driven evidence to support inclusive, user-centred design and improve the overall user experience.
• Contribute to shaping project priorities, removing blockers and improving research processes and frameworks.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Proven experience in UX research across the product development lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and ethical research practice.
• Ability to create, run and evaluate research frameworks, surveys and studies for complex projects.
• Excellent understanding of user behaviour, systems thinking and research storytelling.
• Language skills: English
