Tasks

What you will work on

We are a fast-growing startup with people at the center, technology at the core, and a strong vision for the future.

We need support in building and expanding our community of psychologists in all languages, but mainly French-speaking Switzerland, ensuring the quality of sessions, handling administrative tasks, creating content, and managing communication with all stakeholders.
You will also support the team in client support, onboarding psychologists, translation, improving processes and operations, and further developing our app and website.

Together, we will shape a role that aligns with your strengths and passions, or we will explore new directions based on your interests. You are at the center—we'll figure out the rest together.

Requirements

Key things we are looking for

• We are looking for someone with great potential who can become an integral part of our team. This internship serves as an entry point—a chance for both sides to see how well we fit together, whether it brings joy, and whether the intensity of the role aligns with your goals.
• A Bachelor's (or similar) degree in psychology is a plus, but what truly matters is the right mindset and a strong will to create change. A startup thrives on passion, dedication, and the ability to turn deep thinking into concrete action.
