Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Switzerland, this role will be a mix of controlling and accounting tasks.

Finance Manager’s responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Develop and drive necessary financial policies & procedures, and internal controls
• Oversee internal controls to ensure appropriate compliance with Group policies and procedures
• Prepare the review and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures
• Coordinate and ensure completion of annual audit, ensure integrity and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with with CO / GAAP
• Support the CFO with ad hoc projects and analysis
• Implement systems to improve controls and efficiency
• Establish and submit tax returns
• Provide business partnering support to local and international markets

Requirements

• Federal Diploma as Expert in Accounting and Controlling
• Proven experience as Accounting and Finance Manager
• Experience in controlling is a strong asset
• Full understanding of Swiss GAAP and IFRS
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office accounting ERP (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Fluent in English and good German at a minimum is required, French is a plus
• Experience in startup / scaleup business environment is a plus
