Taleo’s success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst – Asset Management:

• Collaborate with business lines (Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations) to gather, analyze, and document requirements, particularly for fund distribution regulations and controls.
• Draft detailed project documents, including functional specifications, scoping letters, and other necessary documentation.
• Configure new applications, conduct thorough testing, and develop user documentation to ensure smooth deployment.
• Develop data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations to support senior management and client decision-making.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements with a focus on the value provided, enhancing operational efficiency and data quality.
• Act as a point of contact for specific initiatives, overseeing project tracking, coordinating with stakeholders, and reporting on progress.
• Build and maintain financial models to support investment analysis, portfolio management, and performance tracking.
• Conduct market research on trends and regulatory changes, analyzing their impact on asset management practices and supporting compliance efforts.
• Support the implementation, testing, and rollout of corporate platform applications and solutions, ensuring alignment with functional requirements.
• Prepare client-facing materials, including reports and presentations, to effectively communicate project status, portfolio performance, and respond to inquiries.

Required profile.

How do we imagine our future Business Analyst – Asset Management?

• Excellent knowledge of asset management, investment funds, investments and financial products.
• At least seven years’ experience as a technical-functional Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
• Excellent ability to organise and run effective sessions, workshops and deal with often complex subjects with participants from a wide range of backgrounds.
• Experience in analysing data flows.
• Knowledge of Agile and its main methodologies.
• Analytical and conceptual skills, ability to solve problems.
• Excellent organisational skills, good resistance to stress and ability to manage priorities.
• Pragmatism in the development of solutions, with a focus on added value.
• Taking the lead on certain projects (monitoring, coordinating and reporting with the various stakeholders and collaborative teams).
• Good team player, both with his/her team (analysts and developers) and with the various stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate clearly and precisely, with a strong team spirit.
• Mastery of SQL query languages and database access tools.
