The Handyman/Driver is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and efficient operations of the estate’s facilities, while also providing safe and reliable transportation services for the household. Key duties include:

• General Maintenance: Conduct repairs and regular maintenance of the estate’s interior and exterior, including plumbing, electrical work, and basic carpentry.
  
• Grounds and Facilities Care: Assist with landscaping, cleaning pathways, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
  
• Vehicle Maintenance and Driving: Maintain household vehicles, keeping them in excellent condition, handling basic repairs as needed, and providing transportation for family members, guests, and errands.
  
• Household Support: Assist with occasional tasks as needed, such as moving furniture, setting up for events, and coordinating with external service providers.
  
• Security and Safety: Monitor the property to ensure safety, report any issues, and respond to emergency situations.
