Are you a talented individual looking to launch your career in the exciting fields of business aviation and luxury services? Albinati Aeronautics, a well-established company, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

With operations under both Swiss and Maltese AOCs, we are specialized in the charter, management, and trade of business jets.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Engage with clients: receive customer flight requests and coordinate with the Flight Operations department.
  • Coordinate services: arrange additional luxury services based on customer needs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders: communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor processes: ensure all steps are completed on time and monitor all flights and third-party services.
  • Build relationships: maintain strong communication with customers and company departments.

Candidate’s Profile

  • Languages: fluent in French and English is mandatory. Proficiency in any additional language is a plus.
  • Citizenship: Swiss citizen or EU/EAA passport holder.
  • Flexible: willing to work on a shift basis.
  • Multitasking: able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Organized: excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal skills: strong ability to build relationships and maintain a positive demeanor.
  • Customer-oriented: ready to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
  • Experience: previous experience in business aviation or luxury service is required.
