Our International Marketing Group is responsible for defining brand strategy, medical evidence, and new product launch kits for lead markets to ensure that the product / brand strategy aligns to the needs of International markets.
The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Infrastructure will define and implement development roadmaps for transformational digital products to successfully deliver upon (internal and external) customer and business expectations, are seamlessly integrated within Alcon’s technology ecosystem, and successfully implemented within key markets.
In this role, a typical day will include :
Analyze customer behaviors, research, and trends to identify key insights and opportunities for optimizing product strategies for both external and internal audiences.
Translate behavioral research and insights into a prioritized feature development roadmap to drive increase performanced and customer satisfaction for both external and external audiences
Partner and lead cross-functional across International and Global teams to deliver against roadmap proactively solving for potential issues and collaboratively delivering solutions to roadblocks that arise
Manage large digital initiatives including the management of multiple stakeholders, significant budgets, and complex timelines
Lead implementation of internal and external customer-centric plans including idea generation, commercial strategy, and launch package materials to ensure successful launch for the Intl region and within a market
Partner with country leaders to drive implementation of digital products and activation of commercial programs to accelerate internal and external customer engagement
Establish KPIs and ensure that products meet or exceed financial and customer (internal and external) engagement targets; that increase traffic, engagement, conversion and / or sales
Ensure successful delivery of product-specific roadmaps on time,within budget and above adoption KPIs.
Drive a Digital Mindset culture by inspiring team to deliver plans that add value to the customer’s experience; develop and train talent to establish a high performing omni-channel and multi-channel organization.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON :
Experience & Competencies :
10-15 years of digital marketing experience in large companies
7-10 years of demonstrated leadership
Experience launching and growing multiple consumer- and customer-facing, enterprise-level digital products
Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and how different channels / technologies work together to solve internal and external customers and business challenges
Intimate knowledge of agile development processes and deep experience guiding teams through it who may not be as familiar
Fluency in customer segmentation and data analysis to establish specific KPIs and robust measurement plans to evaluate success
High degree of technical knowledge and aptitude
Focus on details without losing sight of the bigger picture
Ability to influence and build strong relationship across the organization, locally and globally
Resourceful, entrepreneurial spirit with a drive for results.
Strong communication skills to engage with senior leaders.
