About the team you are joining
Reporting to the I&D Global Head of PMO, and collaborating with stakeholders across IATA I&D and IATA Corporate Service teams, the ERP Program Manager oversees the ERP Replacement program delivery, guided by the approved Business Case and decisions from Executive sponsors. The successful candidate will engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet the defined scope, time, and budget. Coordination with various departments is essential to ensure program compatibility and resource engagement as needed.
What your day would be like
Direct and coordinate program activities in alignment with ERP roadmaps alongside the ERP Implementation Lead and the Business Transformation Lead.Validate program artifacts and deliverables in collaboration with the ERP Implementation Lead and the Business Transformation Lead.Review work plans, iterations, or phases, and coordinate the recruitment of resources.Responsible for managing risks across the program / portfolio of projects.Manage and track dependencies across the program / portfolio of projects.Provide regular reporting to sponsors and Project Owners by ensuring consistent reporting templates and minutes.Ensure all deliverables of the change management strategy (both Business and Technical) are in place.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure timely, on-budget, and accurate production and review of deliverables.Secure operational readiness management (internal : FAQs, training; external : awareness campaigns, videos, training).We would love to hear from you if
University degree with a focus on Project Management, complemented by expertise in quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis.10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-divisional, and regional IT programs with proven success in delivery.Specialized in ERP Transformation and other large-scale strategic IT initiatives driving organizational change.Outstanding presentation and data visualization skills, leveraging PowerPoint and Power BI to communicate insights to senior management.Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities, adept at motivating teams, resolving conflicts, overcoming resistance, and fostering solution-oriented collaboration.Highly adaptable team player with multicultural awareness, exceptional time and budget management, and fluent English communication (additional languages are an asset).Travel Required : N
