StellenbeschreibungSupport the implementation of the Enterprise Content Management project.Participate in project meetings and follow-up discussions with internal teams.Review shared-drive content and verify alignment with the new SharePoint structure.Check metadata, permissions, and file integrity before and after migration.Liaise with Business Units to clarify requirements and resolve structural issues.Coordinate with technical teams to report and track migration-related incidents.Validate migrated content and ensure compliance with established standards.Provide clear administrative documentation and progress updates.Assist with content mapping between source locations and SharePoint sites.Offer basic user support and guidance (non-training) during the transition phase.Monitor deadlines and ensure smooth coordination across multiple stakeholders.Experience in content management, records management, or digital filing systems.Familiarity with SharePoint Online.Strong attention to detail and ability to perform systematic quality checks.Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.Able to understand information structures, metadata, and file hierarchies.Proactive problem-solver who can work independently.Strong client-service mindset and collaborative attitude.Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and tools.Fluency in English; good command of French is an advantage.Opportunity to contribute to a strategic, organization-wide transformation project.Exposure to modern digital tools and international NGO operations.A supportive and multicultural working environment with room to grow.
