What impact do you have?

• Define and monitor microbiological, chemical / physical, and sensory quality standards for raw materials, packaging, semi-finished, and finished products.
• Establish and oversee hygiene standards for materials, plant infrastructures, and staff.
• Manage quality deviations and customer complaints, leading root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare analysis plans, manage system analysis data, and coordinate internal and external analyses.
• Collaborate with HACCP teams and support internal and external audits and certifications.
• Various administrative tasks.
