Head of Group Consolidation & Reporting (m/w/d)

In this role, you will lead the group consolidation process, ensure timely monthly reporting, manage budgeting, and support the CFO in strategic group projects. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting policies, developing reporting processes, and driving finance-related initiatives across the organization. You will manage a team of two employees.

To succeed in this challenging role, you should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting, and/or the Federal Diplomas of Higher Education as Chartered Specialist / Expert in Accounting and Financial Management. You must have at least five years of experience leading group consolidation activities, preferably in a managerial or head role. Ideally, you have a background in international consumer goods or medical technology, and experience with SAP and Cognos. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines under pressure. Strong communication skills are essential to develop and maintain an international network. Fluent business English is required; German is an advantage.
