Job description

Broadgate is partnered with a high performing financial services firm looking to hire a Group Head of Sales, based in Zurich.

The business is privately-owned, FINMA licensed, and focuses on fixed income, structures products and AMCs.

The role will lead an international sales team, of around 10 staff, spread across the UK and Asia. Alongside leadership, this person will be expected to sell and grow the business in a commercial way,.

Responsibilities :

• Management of client book and leading new client acquisition
• Develop and upskill the international sales function
• Cross-asset advisory to institutional client base
• Selling Structured Products and Actively Managed Certificates (AMCs)
