We have partnered with a highly dedicated IT services provider based in Switzerland to find their next IT Support Specialist (Windows and M365). Join a committed and dynamic team that supports a wide range of customers across the country. You will play a key role in delivering efficient ICT services whilst continuously developing your technical skills in a modern, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact at the service desk, handling support calls from receipt to resolution across multiple channels.

• Investigate and resolve platform monitoring alerts, ensuring reliable infrastructure performance.

• Gather and analyse relevant information to clarify customer issues, escalating to internal experts when necessary.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM.

• Monitor subscribed cloud services and optimise existing support processes.

• Maintain internal documentation and expand the support knowledge base.

• Actively contribute to ongoing service improvement initiatives and internal projects.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as a computer scientist (specialising in platform development) or ICT specialist. Recent apprenticeship graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong team player with an independent, solution-oriented mindset.

• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to completing tasks accurately.

• Excellent communication skills in German; understanding of Swiss German is advantageous.

• Proficient in Windows environments and Microsoft 365 tools.

• Resident in Switzerland with a customer-focused attitude in all interactions.
