Responsabilities:
- Ensures long-term growth by aligning market opportunities, priorities, and actions with business strategy, setting the overall sales playbook
- Develops and leads the execution of a focused and aligned strategic marketing plan based on segmentations such as ship type, shipyard (group), regions, and ship owner/operator/charterer clusters
- Conducts competitive benchmarking to match customer needs with WinGD products and services, while identifying gaps in WinGD’s offerings, such as technical or cost structure shortcomings
- Defines a technical sales plan covering all markets and the complete product and service portfolio to achieve market share and revenue targets throughout the ship lifecycle
- Provides strong leadership and fosters collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Analyzes markets, competitors, PESTEL trends, and customer needs to guide positioning and strategy; monitors regulatory landscape and strategic alliances to identify opportunities and risks.
- Defines target segments, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies; aligns with Service and Product Centre on sales playbooks and marketing materials; supports brand and promotions team with customer engagement strategies and campaigns.
- Manages and allocates marketing budgets; tracks spending and optimizes strategies; defines target cost structure, pricing, and margin potential for value-based, dynamic pricing.
- Defines, monitors, and reports on OKRs for strategic marketing; uses analytics and KPIs to assess and adjust strategies, and presents insights to management.
- Promotes solutions and benchmarks to key customers, collects feedback, and conducts market research to inform product roadmaps and pricing; implements strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Drives market and revenue growth, project demand, segment growth, and market share as key KPIs.
- Fosters a collaborative team culture, drives process improvements, and leads by example to establish WinGD SUCCEED values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in marine industry and vast technical skills, is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, digital marketing, and customer behaviour
- Proficiency with marketing tools and software
- Hands on Mentality and initiative
- Great communication and negotiation skills
