Network System Engineer (German Speaker) F/M/X
Job description
Amaris Consulting is seeking a seasoned Network System Engineer to join our team in Bern, Switzerland . In this role, you will be pivotal in designing, configuring, and managing our network infrastructure, with a focus on optimizing performance and security.
Your Responsibilities :
- Design, configure, and manage network infrastructure with a strong emphasis on security.
- Develop and implement network strategies to enhance performance.
- Engage in various projects related to system engineering for network systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective network integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to maintain high performance.
- Work on diverse projects within a matrix organization.
Your Profile :
- At least 10 years of experience in network engineering, with significant experience in the railway industry being a major advantage.
- Proficient in network configuration and strategy development.
- Strong experience working in Operational Technology (OT) environments.
- Fluent in German and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages such as French is a plus.
